Why was my Merchant Center account suspended?
The most common reason is misrepresentation: Google couldn't confirm who you are or found unclear policies, pricing or claims. We review the site, fix the issues and request a review.
What does "Missing value [gtin]" mean?
Google wants a barcode for branded products. We add the right GTINs, or mark your own-made products correctly so they don't need one.
Are Google Shopping listings free?
Yes, free listings are available alongside paid Shopping ads. We set up both, starting with free listings.
How long does a suspension review take?
Google usually replies within a few days to a couple of weeks. The important thing is to fix the causes before requesting it.
